Preity Zinta and Shilpa Shetty for IPL auctions

IPL Season 3 will be held in India during the months of March, April and May. Though there is a lot of hullaboo over banning Pakistani players from playing IPL, Shilpa Shetty and Preity Zinta, the respective owners of Rajasthan Royals and Kings XI Punjab have successfully gone through the auctions in Mumabi.

Later, they also attended the press conference in Mumbai. IPL commissioner took the seat between Preity Zinta and Shilpa Shetty.   Genelia D'Souza is the new brand ambassador for Virgin Mobiles in India. That's not all Virgin Mobiles have also roped in Ranbir Kapoor along with Genelia for their ad campaign. Genelia who was recently seen in the movie Chance Pe Dance did a photo shoot for the brand at the Bangalore Palace. She shot some stunning pictures sitting on a 1935 vintage Mercedes.

Sonam Kapoor graced the event on 2nd January 2010 when Rio Tinto announced the winners for their month long contest among 24 retail outlets of Anant in Bangalore and 197 retail outlets across India in December 2009 across 13 regions. C. Krishnaih Chetty & Sons was declared the All India Winner with Davanam Jewellers, Commercial Street & Reliance Jewels declared the regional winners for this contest.

Two powerful actresses of Bollywood are sharing a single cover. Film magazine Stardust came with a unique idea to show both Kareena Kapoor and Katrina Kaif together.

Sonam attributes her makeover to the celeb trainer Zareen Watson, who, on her own admission Sonam says, “Helped me change the way I looked at nutrition and exercise. I had to make a lifestyle change: it’s the only thing that really works; it has to be how you lead your life, a regime you follow.” Sonam also talks about how easy or tough it was it for her hard to lose all those kilos.
